Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.apolloregion.com, the Staff Hub, and participation in the Team Apollo Region Discord community where our bot runs.

By using the site, Staff Hub, or Discord server tools operated by Team Apollo Region (“Apollo Region,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use those services.

Apollo Region operates an esports organization website and Discord community tools, including:

• A public website with roster, matches, events, news, and related pages.
• A Staff Hub for authorized operators (Discord OAuth login and staff tools).
• A Discord bot used for verification, moderation, tickets, roster sync, economy/shop, weekly stats, community features, and related slash commands.

Features may be toggled on or off by operators. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed to run the community safely.

You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using Discord features. Staff Hub access is limited to people who meet our staff-role (or operator-configured) requirements.

You are responsible for activity under your Discord account in our server and for keeping your credentials secure. Do not attempt to bypass verification, role gates, or staff-only tools.

Our Discord server and bot tools exist to support Team Apollo Region players, staff, and community members. You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, spam, raid, or otherwise disrupt the server or other members.
• Use the bot or Staff Hub to evade moderation, exploit economy or levels, or interfere with safety systems (verification, filters, protocol lock, anti-raid, and similar).
• Post illegal content, share others’ private information without permission, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Impersonate staff, roster players, or the organization.

Staff may warn, timeout, kick, ban, close tickets, lock channels (including emergency protocol), or take other moderation actions consistent with server rules and these Terms.

Content you submit through tickets, appeals, suggestions, applications, or similar tools may be reviewed by staff and stored as described in our Privacy Policy.

Roster names, roles, avatars, and related profile fields shown on the website may be synced from Discord when a player is linked. Editorial site content (matches, news, events) is published by the organization.

You grant Team Apollo Region a non-exclusive right to display community-related content you submit in connection with operating the server and site (for example ticket transcripts for staff review, or roster display when you are linked).

The bot is provided for community operations. Slash commands, economy balances, shop items, levels, weekly stats, music queues, and similar features are convenience tools — not a guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or prize value.

Staff may reset, adjust, or disable bot features (including balances and settings) when needed for fairness, abuse response, or maintenance. Temporary data (for example music queues or in-memory utilities) may be lost on restart.

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.apolloregion.com/privacy. By using the site, Staff Hub, or Discord bot features, you also acknowledge that policy.

We rely on Discord, Vercel, Neon, and similar providers to run the site and bot. Their terms and policies apply to their platforms. We are not responsible for outages or changes on those platforms.

THE SITE, STAFF HUB, AND DISCORD BOT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEAM APOLLO REGION DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Competitive tryouts, roster decisions, and community outcomes remain at the organization’s discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team Apollo Region and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, or economy/game balances arising from use of the site, Staff Hub, or Discord bot.

We may update these Terms when our site, Staff Hub, or Discord bot practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when we do. Continued use of https://www.apolloregion.com or participation in our Discord community after an update means you should review the new version.
